I have this problem : i use LR on a desktop pc and a laptop pc. Seems to be "2 devices", no ?
But EACH TIME I want to open LR, I got this screen witch explain to me that I have 2 access allready opened, but it's on the same PC. so I have to desconnect it.

How can I stop this very boaring bug ?

Thanks !

That is weird that both tokens are being used by the same desktop machine. I've asked the licensing folks to chime in.

What does it show when you're logged in on Adobe.com and you look at Manage Plans > Activated Devices section?

Arnaud Bouteloup I had this same problem and I called Adobe help. He said to turn off the one I was on. Disconnect the one you are using (mine was the button on the right) then the first button one will activate so you can select it and connect. I was afraid I was going to get permanently disconnected but I didn't and was able to logon. Good luck.

OK. We're trying to track down this problem. If you wouldn't mind, run the log collector tool on both of your computers and follow the instructions to upload the logs from the tool: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html

That may give us a clue as to what went wrong.
