Photoshop: Ready-to-interlace lenticular files: no parallax necessary. How?

I have a sequence of 3D (parallax) views of an object ready to merge for a lenticular, but the lenticular option in PS5 seems only to work if I manipulate the files in some way first, such as creating 3D postcard from layer, etc. Otherwise 3D render option for lenticular is grayed out. Is there a way to simply vertically interlace a stack of files as is, with no parallax, or picture plane modification?
