Photoshop: Random white rectangle obscuring screen

Hey so i found a bug? stays static while i zoom in and out, cant draw through it but it doesnt cut off a stroke that starts outside of it and then travels through it?

Hi Charlotte,

smells like graphics card/driver issue. Try restarting the machine first. If it re-occurs see if there are driver updates for your GPU. 
There have been a lot of GUI & GPU related issues in the recent months.

Hey Charlotte, did Jeff's suggestion solve the issue.  Did you just have it once or is the problem persistent?
