Random pixelated blocks in my Photoshop file

I am currently working on an environment illustration that is 6600x3300 with over a hundred layers totaling to 663.3MB in size.

Recently I have found that mysterious blocks of my images are missing in some of my layers varying at different different views.

From a far away distance, say about 8-12% zoom, there is minimal image damage.
However, at 100% squares of my image are mysteriously missing.

I've tried changing the cache, compressing some of my layers or even creating new versions of the affected layers but I still run into the same issues. I've even tried resizing it to see if it was too big for my laptop. Nothing seems to work.

I'm working on the most up to date version of Photoshop CC (CC 2015) and on an 8 gb Mac OSX Yosemite 10.10.3

Please, what do I do? I'm at my wits end on this.
