Editing on Elements 14, Macbook Pro.
I watched a square block of transparency suddenly appear on my file. I wasn't making any edits at the time. The Undo function undid the last edit I made, and the transparent square didn't change.
I had an older version of the file saved, so I saved the bugged file under a different name, closed out, and rebooted.
When I reopened the file, even more transparent squares had happened, some through multiple unlinked layers. Now most of the file has gone transparent.
I attached a screenshot of the corrupted file.
I've heard of this problem occurring with the full version of Photoshop, without a solution that seems to work across the board.
Any ideas, or is this just a random act of file corruption?
Thanks in advance!
