Creative Cloud - unexpected charges, less than helpful phone support

I am writing because I am very very upset with Adobe! On Monday, August 24, 2015 I was reviewing my bank account and saw that Adobe had change my charges from $10.69 up to $53.49. I was charged for two months at that rate. I was shocked! I called your support number and spoke to a couple of people ending with a man by the name of Rakesh. He said he would only refund the most recent payment of $53.49 instead of $106.98 which is the amount charged for a service that I never ordered and NEVER used. I explained that I am an 80 year old woman using Photoshop and Lightroom as a hobby... I am not a business using all these types of software. I have absolutely no need for the business software. After some discussion, he said he would review the matter and get back to me. I then asked for an email confirmation of our conversation. I received nothing! And... my has not been issued a credit.

After checking again this morning, I saw the status was still the same so I called your support team once again! This time I spoke to a woman by the name of Dixita. I was given the same run-around response to my problem. I again asked for a confirmation of our conversation... and once again I have received nothing! I am beyond upset with Adobe. Never in my wildest dreams did I think that such a well-respected organization would behave in this manner. I am upset and disgusted!

I am past president of Ridgewood Camera Club, a well-known member of New Jersey Federation of Camera Clubs and Photographic Society of America. I do intend on passing along my experience with Adobe, AND I do hope that the experience that I pass along will be a good one!
