LIGHTROOM: Publish Module to combine Book and Blog layout

I'm in the wedding and portrait market and I don't know a single photographer that does not lament formatting their images for their blog. I suggest:

1) Change the name of BOOK module to PUBLISH

2) Allow me to create new and change existing layouts easily and save as templates (do not confine to a publisher but do allow me to download templates from that publisher)

3) Allow me to specify a logo file that can be sized and placed within each single layout [one logo or custom text per entity be it a single image, 2-up, 4-up, 1-up over 2-up block...]

4) Specify border widths *between* elements not around images. If around images, a 2-up gets a double border between. Allow border to be single around the grouping.

5) Save the completed layouts. Yeah, this is tricky as Lightroom currently does not employ the concept of projects so where would these be saved?

6) Output layouts in JPG with quality slider OR max file size specification. Allow me to name each layout using custom text or perhaps inport the keywords with a specified delimiter. Google gives a huge f*c% about file names so I'm currently naming them something like:
01-keyword-keyword2-keyword3.jpg OR

Thanks guys!
