Make PSE HDR user friendly. Add HDR usage as well as make HDR presets available in Photoshop Elements 9 and above.

I have Photoshop elements 9. All of the NIK Software plugins work with this versuion except NIK HDR Efex pro. I contacted NIk and they gave the following response: "As you know Elements 9, you know that it does not support working in 32 bit colorspace. That ́s the reason why it does not work with HDR Efex Pro and nothing else."
Can Adobe modify Elements 9 or future versions so they can work in 32 bit colorspace so NIK Efex HDR will work with Phoirtoshop Elements?

Photoshop Elements: Allow PSE to work with 32bit images (so it's compatible with NIK Efex Pro).
