PSE 9 Organizer Crashing

My organizer crashes, sometimes immediately, sometimes not, and it has happened in an old catalog and a brand new one as well. I have uninstalled, reinstalled and still have the same problem.

That means that it's crashing when looking at a video file, possibly from a Canon camera.

This could mean that the video file is corrupt, or that the Canon codec has a bug in it.

Have you installed any Canon drivers recently? Did you add some video footage before the crash started happening?

I have added some videos from my canon, how do I know which one it is
Or isolate it or otherwise fix it?

Start by moving those videos somewhere else.
Then try playing each one outside of Elements and see if they work.

And check to see if there are updated drivers for your camera.

My camera doesn't use drivers on my computer, I use an SD card to upload them. I moved all of the videos, and deleted them from the catalogs, but it's still crashing I think the same things are on the report but just in case here's the most recent:

I checked Canon's site, they don't have drivers.
