Quoi faire d'autre ????

Merci de votre aide.

Notice that the crash is in mc_bc_dec_avc.dll , part of the MainConcept (Broadcast) AVCH.264 Decoder.

It looks like you have a buggy codec on your system, and initializing that codec is causing the application to crash. You probably need to update or remove that codec.

Can someone explain to a newbie? I don't know what codec means or how to update or remove. I can't open my editor in PS. There is no solution online that I can find. Can you help?

Well, this topic is about a crash in the organizer, with a very specific component mentioned in the crash report. If you don't have a crash in the organizer, and don't see that specific component named, then you have a different issue.

Which is a crash, in the EDITOR, and doesn't look anything like the one that this topic is about.

I click on the check online for a solution and close the program button but nothing happens. I tried the instructions you stated earlier about users and I can't find Roaming. I am running on VISTA.
