PSE 9.0.0 (Japanese edition) changes JST(Japanese Standard Time) to GMT.
In the Photo Holder Photos without retuch are shown with original JST and those with photoshop retouch are shown with GMT.
I tried to update camera raw plugin but it did not solove the problem.

my compueter is windows 7.
PSE 9.0(20100929,m,9165)
camera raw plugin 6.4.1.145

I am a pathologist who take many microphotos every day.
I have made several batch programs to handle photo files, but this trouble makes my making programs difficult.
Are there any way to fix this problem.Thank you in advance. toshiyukii@yahoo.co.jp

Hey,
Which OS are you working on? Also what is the timezone of the machine?

What I got from your post is: You have some images shot in JST. The time is shown fine on original files but when you edit them the time of edited file changes to GMT. Am I correct in my understanding?
