If you bought the Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements 10 bundle, DVD #3 might be the Content DVD that goes along with Premiere Elements. Its menus, themes, titles, etc. for video editing.

This doc describes the install process:

If the disc just says "CONTENT" on it, then that's probably what it is

Hi David.

Dvd #2 is Premiere Elements

On dvd #3 it is writen To install for Windows: Start with Disc 1 ( is it writen samething on dvd 2 )

When I open #3: there is 3 files:
-Acrobat Reader 10
-Photoshop Element 10
-Premiere Element 10 Trial

When I open the Photoshop Element 10 file there is 4 more files:
-deploy
-install.app
-packages
-payloads

Do I have to install something or not, since I do not need and purchase Premiere Elements.

Thank in advance.

Discs 2 and 3 are both extensions of Disc 1. There are two different versions of the Premiere Elements trial, one for a 32-bit and one for 64-bit computers. I think that's whats on discs 2 and 3. If you chose the option to install the Premiere Elements trial from Disc 1 it would prompt you to insert 2 or 3 depending whether your computer is a 32-bit or 64-bit version (Win 7 only). If you are only installing Photoshop Elements you should be all set at this point.

HI Carl
The PSE box has 3 discs
Disc 1 is for Windows and contains PSE and a 32 bit trial version for PRE
Disc 2 contains only the 64 bit trial version of PRE
Disc 3 is for Mac computers and contains installers for PSE and trial for PRE.

you must be on a 64 bit Windows 7 machine and have selected the checkbox to install a trial of PRE, that is why you were prompted to insert Disc 2.

Just to clarify...when you did get the prompt for disc 2, you have successfully installed the Photoshop Elements application. Disc 2 is only if you want to continue and install the trial of PRE (the video editing application).

Pls check this link for more details
