I recently bought an Elements Plus 20 GB subscription. However, it doesn't seem like I have access to the Plus Sharing templates through the Organizer tool and Photoshop.com. They still ask me to subscribe to Plus. Any tips?

I don't get an error. Basically, I try to share an album on photoshop.com trying to use one of the Pus slide shows. It then asks me to become a Plus member and sends me to adobe.com to sign up. However, I do see that I have 29 gb of storage so it seems that some of the Plus features work

I checked your account, and it says you have the Plus membership.

Please verify your Plus subscription is showing up correctly. Go to Photoshop.com and log in. From the home page, click "My account" from the top. On the My account page, under the first section, check "Membership level". It should say "Plus".

Also, does this happen with all of the slideshow templates?

It does say Plus under My Account. This doesn't happen with all the Slideshow templates. Just a few, which all have a Yellow ribbon in the top left corner of them.

Hi,
It seems that you are facing problem with some of the plus templates. Can you provide that names of 2-3 such templates.

I'll recommend signing in again and trying those templates.

I just came back from holidays and it seems the templates work now. I'll let you know if it comes up again! Thanks.

I bought Photoshop Elements 10 Plus ($149.44) on 10/31/2011 thinking I would get all the extras, how-to's and 20GB storage space. But the level of membership was not recognized as PLUS and my online storage was suspended because it was over 2GB. The only way to clear up the problem was to spend more money. I am still struggling even after buying 20GB more storage. There is never anyone you can talk to over the phone which leaves you with the chatroom. They do not seem to be able to clear anything up. The last suggestion I got on the Chat room was to "buy a PLUS membership." This only gets worse and the supposed benefits of the PLUS membership are probably nonexistent. Terry in North Caroline.

Photoshop Elements 10 PLUS despair.

Double-check to make sure your Plus subscription is showing up correctly. Go to Photoshop.com and log in. From the home page, click "My account" from the top. On the My account page, under the first section, check "Membership level". It should say "Plus".

Do you maybe have more than one Adobe ID account and you're logging in with the wrong username and password?

I am able to check into the Photoshop.com correctly and the membership level says Basic for some reason. The online memory is 20GB so that is probably correct. I only have one Adobe ID and password and they are correct. When I bought the Elements 10 Plus I was not worried about the online memory but did want to be sure to get the "extras". Such as the creative extras, tutorials, and the how-to's. I think that they set it up wrong as Basic thinking this would accomplish this.

I did pay the full price for Plus however ($149.44 at that time). Now when I try to get the membership changed to Plus it is as if they have no idea I already bought this.

It sounds like you may have multiple accounts, one that you purchased the additional 20GB of storage and one that has the Plus membership. Did you purchase your product online? If so, did you use the same email address on Photoshop.com as you did on Adobe.com?

I have a very similar problem. I upgraded to Plus to get more storage and use Plus tutorials. I can use the storage (20GB) but not the tutorials. My account info says basic. I have been to the chat room 3 times but they keep referring me to a site that then takes me to the place to upgrade to Plus. The last time the person said he was going to have his supervisor contact me but no one did so.

I've checked your account and verified that you only have a standard upgrade to 20 GB of storage. Upgrading to an Plus account and upgrading the amount of storage on your account are two different things (and cost two different amounts).

I paid $21.89. Did that only buy additional storage? What, at this
point, is need to upgrade to a Plus account?

Plus membership costs more than twice that, you only purchased extra storage.

At this point, you will want to contact customer service (800-833-6687) to see what your full options are. May be able to upgrade directly to a Plus account from what you have.

I also signed up and paid for PLUS yesterday for my Premiere Elements 10 (Mac), and the only PLUS items I have seen are very few.

In PE EDIT, only "Glass Flowers" was available for Titles and Themes. No effects, no Transitions, and no Clip Art for me. Why is that? Very slim pickings it seems. Doesn't seem right. I went through "all" of the things to make sure I'd see the ones with the little banner ribbon at the top-right, and the only ones were "Glass Flowers". I don't get it.

Where are all the extra PLUS content items which are promised in Adobe's advertising? I don't get it. . . .

and DISK MENUS, the only item for PLUS download for offline use was "Glass Flowers DVD menu. Not much for the $49 extra I paid yesterday.

==> Again, how could one download all the Plus content that is supposed to be available from past months? Sure would like to know, because it isn't presented up-front to the Adobe customer.

Thanks. However, I've spent hours just searching Adobe's web pages for the "more materials for Elements Organizer" and "additional online material" that you refer to, and I'll be lucky if I'm ever able to find it, you know . . . The information for finding any of this is not on any one web page ... say, like the Plus Member information page. Yeah, that would be a good place to put some URLs so regular non-genius customers could figure it out. Just a solid suggestion on my part here.

Sorry, but I am about ready to just throw in the towel on this, since I really cannot find the material you say is "out there" somewhere for me to get.

Brett,
On Photoshop.com/account it says I have a PLUS membership, and to the right of that it says "what's this?" ... So I click on it and it says:
"Upgrade to Plus membership to increase storage limits and unlock the Plus slideshow themes for online use. If you have Adobe Photoshop Elements or Adobe Premiere Elements, you get even more benefits. READ MORE"
. . . so I click on "Read More" and it takes me to the advertising page for Premiere Elements 10, and no topic anywhere says anything about Plus Membership benefits.

Why is that? Like I said above, you say I can find "additional online material to use in combination with your Photoshop.com account" ... but where? I challenge you to find where that is. Making statements does not make it so.
Sincerely,
George

I have the same problem withthe Content portion of the plus membership. I have the browser and storage, but can't get the templates. They simply aren't there, even with a yellow ribbon. Getting very frustrated.

Yeah, and you know what another problem is? That Adobe really doesn't make a sincere effort to help us out with our problem. They just mark the topic "solved" and for them, it is solved. Sad but true, it seems to me. I've been waiting for 2 months now for an employee to really help. Nope.

Shannon, are you also working with Premiere Elements on Mac? As mentioned above, those templates are not available. If not, have you read through the rest of the topic?

George, unfortunately, we are working on changes for the information about Plus accounts on Adobe.com. I'm not able to comment on these changes at this time and was hoping to post a message when the changes were complete, but they are not yet ready.

Yes, I've given up on Photoshop.com. The support is really terrible and the website is unclear about the various products and their cost.
