I run a Windows 10 64-bit system with several Photoshop Elements versions installed in parallel:
PSE10, PSE11, PSE12, PSE13, PSE14 and now PSE15 too.

Without PSE15 installed, the application updater is always finfing the available updates and I'm able to install them without problems:

Adobe Photoshop Elements: Version 10.0 (10.0 (20110914.m.17521))
Adobe Photoshop Elements: Version 11.0 (11.0 (20120830.r.32025)) x32
Adobe Photoshop Elements: Version 12.0 (12.1 (20140303.12.1.49334)) x32
Adobe Photoshop Elements: Version 13.0 (13.1 (20150130.m.66724)) x64
Adobe Photoshop Elements: Version 14.1 (20151206.m.83730)  x64

After installing Photoshop Elements 15 without touching the Photoshop Elemenst 13 installation, I receive an Update notification again and PSE13 shows a changed configuration:

Adobe Photoshop Elements Version: 13.0 (13.0 (20140831.m.62014)) x64

checking for Updates shows now again an available Update to Photoshop Elements 13.1

when installing the PSE 13.1 Update the installation failes:

Adobe Photoshop Elements 13.1 – Update
Installation fehlgeschlagen Fehlercode: U44M1P7

I kindly ask to investigate this issue and fix it.

I tried to solve this issue by uninstalling PSE13 and PSE15, then install PSE15 first, install PSE13 later. But then the Update to PSE 13.1 fails again with the same error message U44M1P7.

Currenlty I can't find a way to keep PSE 13.1 and PSE 15 on the same Windows 10 64-bit  machine
