PSE14 SLOW Any word on what Adobe is doing to address the common problem of the organizer being so slow, almost unresponsive?

Slow PSE14, Window 10, 2600 photos... So slow. Adobe needs to do something to make this program run efficiently.  This is a common problem...just read the complaints.  When is an update to fix PSE14 snail like performance?   Very frustrating!  Who else has problems...click like so they know!

I experience the same, I am running on a fast! MacBook Pro on latest osx El Capitan. Despite my questions to Adobe I get 0 response !!! Customer service from Adobe is very poor! So....how to get action by Adobe?

Maybe a complaint to Consumer Affairs site might get some action. I did file a complaint and will post link to it when it is approved & made public. Maybe Adobe will take these complaints seriously!

I really wonder if Adobe follows the comments on PSE14 on this forum, but in case they do...it demonstrates their disrespect for customers that have already bought their s/w. The commercial side of A keeps sending me offers to purchase PSE14......UGH indeed

I to am disappointed in the response times is this organiser. Half through moving all my pics from pc to new top speed imac and virtually unusable. Particularly when using Places. I only have about 8000 pics on there. Come on Adobe sort it out

Been dealing with the slowness since I installed PSE 14.  UGH!!!!  About ready to quit. When will they finally fix this issue?????

Wow.  Adobe read the complaints at Consumer Affairs....really bad!   Suspect more complaints will be filed after the web address was published here, & I suspect many will post to their Facebook pages and lots tweets will be done.

Cannot get PSE14 to reconnect images that are on an external drive...just gets busy and unresponsive.  No way to contact Adobe Support.  I have filed a complaint with Consumer's Affairs...guess it is time to start complaining on Facebook so the public knows.  Discussing how a company that has a monopoly on a program just ignores the users.  Just as bad as Intuit. Anyone at Adobe here???  Please get some updates, at least let us know you know there are problems!
