Issue description:
When trying to quick edit a picture (e.g. rotate, auto correction, etc...) within the Organizer, an error message is displayed that the system has too less disc space and that some files should be deleted first. Issue seems to exists only with pictures stored on a NAS which is mapped to a local system drive (L:\).

System Setup:
OS: Windows 10 64bit
Workstation with SSD, 100GB free disc space
Synology NAS, 1TB free disc space, shared folder mapped as Windows drive L:\

Pictures (>400 GB) are stored on the NAS.
The Adobe Organizer directory for "stored files" (from the preferences dialog) is located on the local SSD drive in C:\Users\Dirk\Pictures.

The issue does not appear with Photoshop Elements 7!

I really want to upgrade to the newest PSE version, but without the feature to support pictures stored on a NAS, the software is useless in 2016. This also prevented me already from upgrading to previous PSE versions. But after several years, now in 2016, Adobe should be really able to solve this - it's easy to implement (I know, because I'm a Software architect).

Questions:
- Will this issue be fixed for PSE14? If so, in which month?
- Will NAS support be part of PSE15? If yes, when will be PSE15 be available?

Please consider that NAS systems are cheap, and also a lot of amateur photographs want to store their large picture sets on a NAS rather than on a tiny local drive, which is typically only a 256 GB SSD drive today - too small for large picture sets. So Adobe will loose a lot of consumers in near feature if this is not supported in PSE soon.

Thank you for your support in advance.
