PSE11: crop default ratios for instant fix - can we change them?

Is there a way to change the default crop aspect ratios in the instant fix?

The default settings does not include 9*16 crop. This is a major
inconvenience to me because all my photos are destined for TV viewing
Nearly all the TVs today are 9*16 aspect ratio. I suspect a lot of photos
today are destined for TV viewing. In any case, is there a way to
change the options presented in the pull-down? If i have to edit 100 or
so photos in an album, if I want to use the instant fix, i have to enter
9 and 16 into the custom ratio every time i use the crop in the instant fix.
This is such a slow (and repetitive) process, I never use the instant crop.
I would really like to because this would dramatically cut down on my
processing time. Is there any way the pull down options for crop can be
changed in instant fix?

I'm surprised no one responded to this topic. A large percentage of digital photos are destined to be viewed on a screen rather than a print. So why does PSE have 5 default options for print media and none that are friendly for the TV? I think the product managers are out of touch with their customer base. I suspect there is a configuration file that can be changed to alter this... any clues out there?
