Using Camera RAW as a filter has totally changed the way I edit files. I would be great to see all the layers that are in a PSD file show up in Camera RAW as I use Colour Masks in my job.

What does "all layers...show up in Camera raw" mean?

The Camera Raw filter is applied to a layer at a time.

I know that it's effecting a single layer at a time, that's why I would like to see the layers like I do in Photoshop. So I can see see the effect on a layer with a colour mask layer showing over it.

You can see the layers at the right of Photoshop if you shrink the CR filter small enough and your screen is wide enough to allow the CR filter to be sized small enough.

Remember CR is a layer filter and filters don't have a Layers palette inside of their floating window, which on its face seems to be what you're asking for.

The one thing the CR filter is missing that most Filters do have is a Preview checkbox that applies the filter to the document and lets you see the effect, there, and in the Navigator window.

It might be useful to have the CR Filter sliders exist without any preview area in the filter, itself, floating above the document or dock to the side, have a preview checkbox, and let you see the effect of your adjustments in the document, itself, instead of in the CR document Window that covers over the main document area and doesn't let you see a preview in the main document, or at least be able to toggle between the two modes.   Is this what you're asking for?
