Photoshop 20.0.2: Camera Raw preference doesn't recognize the graphic card acceleration

I still have the same problem since the update in October.. I was hoping the last 2 updates of the cc2020 will fixe it, but it didn't...
the problem: when i'm in photoshop and open the CRaw preference it shows: camera Raw graphic card acceleration isn't supported.... (before last update in oct, it was OK)
but when I'm in Bridge and go to CRaw preference.... it does recognize the graphic card accélération and all option are available...

What can be the problem-solution ?
What's the downsonde if Bridge see it and PSCC don't. WHen i'm in PSCC2020(20.01.02) and I open a picture or layers in CRaw filter does it mean the graphic card accelaration will not work.. But when I do it from Bridge it will ?

Windows 10 pro with all the recent update, same for the graphic card drivers.

thanks guys..

Hello, there’s also a Camera raw update, it might be worth trying.

Same with me. Version 11.4.1 at least gives basic acceleration (scrubby zoom). Version 12 and 12.1 doesn't do any GPU acceleration.

Windows 7 64 bit
750 Ti with the latest driver

Ufuk, Graphic Acceleration is not supported in ACR 12 on Window 7. Update to Windows 10 for modern graphics acceleration.

Thanks for the answer. However I'm fine with less spyware and better UI for now.

Also, what could be the reason I'm not getting more than "basic" acceleration with ACR 11?

Oh, I think you've missed my question:

What could be the reason I'm not getting more than "basic" acceleration with ACR 11?
