PS Express: In App purchase malfunction; constantly asks to purchase;

I purchased the PS App expansion in the beginning of June. Every single time I try to use it, it asks me to purchase the expansion...despite restoring the purchase each time. After trying to use the "reduce noise" function, it asks me to purchase it. Then each time I try to use any of the other regular features, it will ask me to purchase the expansion. Regardless if I choose to restore purchase, or cancel, it will revert the selection back to the base photo.

I have tried time and time again to restore the purchase from the prompt, restoring the purchase from the settings screen, signing out of Adobe then resigning in, signing out of iTunes then resigning in and then restoring the purchase, and also deleting the app and re downloading it.

Nothing I try is making the malfunction cease.
