Express: Premium looks I keep purchasing they keep not working

I have purchased the premium looks twice and everytime I try to use them it says I have to buy them again! what the crap! Ive paid for it twice now ! ridiculous

Hi Heather & craig, I want to know few details about the problem.

• OS version & device you are using.
• Psx (photoshop express) version. Please reinstall latest psx app version from the store and see if it start working
• What steps did you perform after which you faced the issue. Is it happening after you updated OS or PSX version?
• Please check internet connectivity and if you are using the same itunes account (in case of iOS) with which purchase was made.

I began using iPhones the day the original iPhone became available in the United States. Just for the record, that was June 29, 2007. So over the years, I've learned a great deal about troubleshooting iPhone issues.

Should anyone experience issues with My Looks after installing the most recent version of Adobe Photoshop Express for iPhone, perhaps following these exact steps will help.
1. Download and install the most recent version of Adobe Photoshop Express for iOS.
2. IMPORTANT - before proceeding, you must now power off and restart the device.
3. Open the App
4. Sign-in to your Adobe Account.
5. Tap on Restore Purchases (If Applicable)

Your Photoshop Express App should now work properly.
