EVERY time I try to print a project, photoshop CS5 crashes. Also notice that the saved files that crash are not showing in "open recent" drop down when I reopen Photoshop. I am having success printing from "Preview" but I had No crashes or problems with OS X Leopard or Snow Leopard.
Any fix for this REALLY ANNOYING problem

First, make sure Photoshop is Up-To-Date: http://adobe.ly/PS-Up-To-Date

Submitting Crash Reports with a description and your email address: http://adobe.ly/gNJWVY

Next, try running in 32bit mode: How to run Photoshop in 32bit mode: http://adobe.ly/Run32bit

My guess is the print driver has some conflict in 64bit.

What printer/driver are you currently using? Have you looked for a newer driver?

Thank you. Just updated all of CS5 and will look for a newer driver....had begun to suspect the printer was the culprit.

Yeah. That's a good clue. If you want to dig up a crash report and post it here, we can take a look, but it's best to submit with your email address because it goes into the system and the offending code/problem is better recognized.

Sounds like updating Photoshop fixed the issue.
