Sometimes i like to start Photoshop in Background. For example i tell Faststone Image Viewer to open a file in Photoshop. The file opens, no problem. The problem is, that PS always gets the focus (this happens 3x). So its impossible to view other images, or do something like html-editing, browsind music.
You can test this. Doubleclick the PS-Icon and immediately open an other program. Photoshop will start in foreground. Btw. Lightroom has the same behaviour.

Second point:
If i copy an image and want to paste it in a new file in PS, the image dimensions aren't correct.

  1. Copy the image
  2. Open PS and hit strg+n
  3. Image dimension are based on the last image
  4. close that file
  5. hit strg+n again
  6. image dimensions are now correct, based on the dimension of the copied image
Don't know if its a bug or a feature, but its bugging me.
