PS Express app not recognising paid subscription

I am using an iPhone 11 with the PS Express App. Originally I had a monthly membership, and it worked fine. I then signed up and paid for a yearly membership, now the app no longer recognises my payment and is prompting me to start a trial of the full app.

Photo 1 shows the notification I'm getting to 'start trial'. Photo 2 shows that I have a subscription until May 2021. Yet, I am not able to access the full features of the app.
