PS Express app can't restore purchase

You know the old version of PS Express long ago used to have much more filters and borders, like the attached rainbow filter and ray light filter. And I remember I purchased something extra. With this new version, all the filters and borders I frequently used are gone, as well as my purchase, can't even restore purchase now. Any way you can still fix this?

<removed swearing> I can’t even get a simple restore to work on my iPad. It is very user unfriendly from beginning to end. It was a good basic app with reasonable options. They are increasingly more difficult to deal with in keeping their software working.
