Today my CS3 asked for activation. Why I don't know. On requesting activation on line it doesn't happen. Shut down firewall in case, no different. Call by phone, they no longer support. Try chat line they no longer support. on the phone call page on my CS3 it clearly shows a serial number and an activation code. Below there is activation type. which shows repair 161.41. Quoting this information on chat line drew no response other go to forum so I am here. I trust the forum will be more helpful than chatline.Oh by the way I did not deactivate from my Toshiba laptop as it crashed and was no longer repairable. I loaded CS3 on my Acer laptop and untill today no problem. My Acer is roughly 2 years old. MY OS is latest windows 10 which I just updated 2 days ago. HELP
