PS 2014 on my iMAC stopped printing suddenly after I had printed one image and tried to print another. I get the following error message, "There was an error opening your printer. Printing functions will not be available until you have selected a printer & reopened any documents." Editing function is PS are available, but I cannot print any images. I can print from Lightroom. I have the latest version of PS 2014 and I updated my printer driver & reset my preferences. I have never had this problem before and have been using PS for many years. Any suggestions?

What printer brand and model?
I know Epson has had a lot of problems with drivers on 10.10, and has released some updates to resolve those problems.

I have an Epson Stylus Pro 3880, but Lightroom had no trouble printing on this printer nor did PS until the day before yesterday.

Is this happening with brand new files or files that have been printed before?

What happens if you hold down the spacebar when you select File>Print....

It happened with new files, old files, psd, jpg, large files and small files. I also turned my computer completely off and my printer, and still it happened. But now strangely the problem is solved. The only thing different that I did was reorganize my workspace, after I did that I could print. I know it solved, at least for now, but I would appreciate your thoughts incase it happens again.
