Photoshop CC 2017: Error fault Libcef.dll and ntdll.ll, it crashes trying to increase/decrease brush size on "Select and Mask

does anyone having the same problem with PS CC 2017, error fault Libcef.dll and ntdll.ll, it crashes my Photoshop using increase/decrease brush size on "Select and Mask".

If you uncheck "Use OpenCL" by going into Preferences > Performance... and "Advanced Settings" then restart, can you reproduce the problem?

those are the two error's of my Photoshop CC 2017. im currently using surface pro 4 with windows 10. everytime i use the increase/decrease brush size tool using ALT > +/- on mouse, an error appear's "photoshop has stopped working". i even stumble into one of the video's in youtube . LINK: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lBXd5... but unfortunately my computer doesn't have a lavasoft. i try so many anti virus, reformat my PC but still doesn't work.

If you update to Photoshop CC 2017.1 do you still crash?

Do you happen to have a utility called "Bins" installed?
