I want to open a .mov file in Win 10 with PS CC 2016. PS says that it can't open the video file. I asked the creator and he showed me that it works on his Computer. What to do? I installed PS CC on Win 10pro yesterday. May I need to change settings within PS. I attach a screenshot and the file. Thanks for your help.

This is a Windows problem not Adobe.
You have a couple of choices, use the Media player that comes with Windows or another program.

Media Player
If you want to use Media player, follow the directions listed in the link below from the Microsoft support

But...Windows Media player doesn't have the CODEC needed to play MOV files, so you will have to get them. Here are the instructions, again... Microsoft.

Apple Quicktime
Another choice is to load Apple Quicktime, directly from Apple to play your MOV files.

VLC from VideoLan
VLC is a free and open source cross-platform multimedia player and framework that plays most multimedia files as well as DVDs, Audio CDs, VCDs, and various streaming protocols. (That's directly from their site).

and there are many others out there. I hope this helps you. Personally I use VLC because of the multiple codec's (formats) it plays and I don't have to use. Its actually quite common to use the combination of Firefox and the extension ANT video downloader, to be able to capture just about anything into a MP4 format and VLC t o play back.

I hope this helps.
