Hello

I have been doing this process for years and the new 2015 CC adde a new feature.

When I Place a PNG into InDesign it shows up with a black background.
HOWEVER_ It is a transparent background. In the finder it shows a transparent background.

Why does it show up in the NEW CC as black background?????

thanks

to fix I have to open in older cc 2014 Photoshop and re-save.
Works but an extra set that makes the new Photoshop a huge pain the %#%#*

MANY issues with new Photoshop!!!!

Please post this on the InDesign forums so they can fix their PNG reading code.

This is not an issue with Photoshop.

You would have to ask the InDesign engineers about that, because Photoshop's PNG code didn't change, and Photoshop written PNG files are working just fine everywhere else.
