LIGHTROOM: Province/state for Italian addresses is wrong

The autocomplete address feature based on GPS data is great, however for italian addresses is flawed.

Italy is divided in regions -> provinces -> municipalities and so on.

When writing addresses you must specify the road, the town/village, the ZIP code and the province.

Lightroom resolves the "Province/State" field as the region, which has very little meaning.

Example.
Enter these coordinates: 45°29'21" N 10°36'29" E

Lightroom returns:

City = Sirmione (correct)
Province/state = Lombardy (should be "Brescia", province within Lombardy)
Country = Italy (correct)

Region is never used in addresses while Province has to.
Is it possible to fix the issue?
I always have to correct manually the filed.
