Photoshop CC 2015: Error when running Surface Blur filter (Mac 10.10)

I can not use the filter "sfocatura superficiale"because PS stop and a pop up say: I can not this filter foe a bug on the SW.

Hi Massimiliano,

There are a couple of reasons why Surface Blur isn't working for you.  My first question, however, is do you have this problem with all files or just this one?  What version of Photoshop are you running?  What version of Mac OS are you running?  Have you made any changes to the Sfocatura superficiale / Surface Blur plugin?

Surface Blur is not a plugin - the filter is built into the application.

First of all the problem have been fixed tiurned off PSCC and open again.
Version of Mac:
MacBook end of 2009
Yosemite 10.10.5
PSCC is the last version.
Can the PSCC not full compatible with the graphic board?

Surface Blur does not use the GPU.

I notice that Quick Mask is active. If you run the filter with Quick Mask off does it work?
