Dear,
I occasionally use Photoshop Online Tools.
I can edit photos, but I can not save the edited photos.
Previously this was no problem.
You have a solution for this?
Thanks in advance.

Hi Marc,

I just tried on Mac 10.9 with no issue. Do you get an error? Where on your system are you trying to save the edited file?

What is the exact problem? Where are you saving the file on your system? If you save to the desktop does it work? What OS/version are you on? What browser? What's the nature of the failure? Do you get a specific error?

When I edited a picture and I press "done" comes "save to my computer" than the clock that appears is always spinning and nothing happens anymore.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled
Photoshop Express Editor.

I have recently decided to try Adobe Photoshop Express Editor And my pictures look great, However it wont let me save my picture onto my computer. I click on the done button and it goes to the saving screen but it keeps showing the clock mouse but does nothing else. I really would like to use this editor but it does no good if I cant save my work!

I tried with that combination on a Dell system and it worked; guessing it could be some other environmental issue; maybe clear cookies, reinstall flash, though a specific culprit would be great to nail down.

Hi,
We haven't yet been able to reproduce the issue. If I can ask a couple of additional questions it might help us figure it out.
1. Have you tried other browsers besides chrome? IE? Firefox?
2. Could you visit this link and provide the flash player version information on that page: https://www.adobe.com/software/flash/...
3. Also visit this page and provide the user agent string for your browser: https://www.adoberevel.com/support/br...
4. Is the image you are editing on your hard drive or on a memory card or external drive?
5. Are you saving to your desktop or another location?
Your help is much appreciated.
Thanks,
Richard

Thank you for getting back to me so soon. I haven't tried any other browsers but chrome so I will give that a try along with visiting those websites. The images I'm editing have been imported off my camera and saved onto my laptop. I'm trying to save the images onto my desktop. Thank you for your time.

Hi Ronda,

Is your issue also with Chrome? Could you provide any of the info I asked about above, ie UserAgent string and Flash Version? Have you also tried other browsers? We are making an effort to reproduce the issue internally, but have not yet been able to. Getting more info from the users experiencing the problem would be of great help.

Thanks,
Richard

I wonder if it could be an extension that might be interfering with the save? If you do a new incognito browser session, that will disable all extensions, and if it starts to work, then perhaps that is where we can focus our attention.

To start incognito in Chrome, use the keyboard shortcuts Ctrl+Shift+N (Windows, Linux, and Chrome OS) and ⌘-Shift-N (Mac), then navigate to ps.com and try saving an edited file.

This might help everyone here. For some reason it wasn't wanting to save for me either, so I fixed the problem myself by saving it a different way. If you search "snipping tool" in your computer, it is a program that should be pre-installed on there. Open that, click "new" and it will let you snip the picture out from the screen. Then you just save that snip. Best fix from the Chrome user side you can do since it doesn't seem like this problem has been fixed several years later for most. Keep this idea in mind for future problems with different things to, as it does work for everything on or offline. You're welcome lol.
