Hi! I am upgrading my PSE4/XP to PSE11/7-X64. I am running into two problems, with the first one being quite significant. When you disable the snap to grid, which allows the crop tool to jump to the border of a picture, this option is NOT disabled. In PSE11, I have grid unchecked and guides and grid unchecked for Snap to. So as it has been the case in PSE4, I would have expected to be able to remove any pixel single line from a picture. This is basic flexibility with picture editing. But PSE11 does not allow me to crop one-pixel line from any side of the picture. Today I chatted with Adobe tech support people for 90 minutes, and this support included remote assistance on the desktop. His conclusion is that the inability to crop lines very close to the border of a picture is by design in PSE11. I do not believe it! If it is by design, then PSE11 is useless. I am not the only one who has observed this problem: see http://forums.adobe.com/message/49482....
The second problem, which is minor, is that when you reset preferences or even click on the brown menu bar on top in PSE11, suddenly and inexplicably a white line crosses out the entire menu bar on top. I am attaching a screenshot.
Are these problems actual bugs in PSE11? Thank you!

As for the snapping, i always found it strange that elements doesn't have a way to disable all snapping from a menu item (snap to) as photoshop does.

Of course the line doesn't really effect the functionality of pse 11, but is rather distracting and photoshop cs5 has the same problem with legacy windows themes.
