Photoshop CC: Problems with "export as..." function: Invisible layers are displayed in the export version

I recently encountered a weird problem with the "export as..." function with the recent version Photoshop CC:
If I have a multi-layered PS document, with layers and clipped layers and I turn a layer off, which has some clipped layers on top, the clipped layers also become invisible. So far so good.
But if I then try to quick export it, or just export it e.g. as png file, it showed the clipped layers, but just not clipped anymore in the exported version.
I try to visualize my problem with some screenshots (please ignore the horrible test image, it's just for visualization)

this is a file with 4 important Layers:
a gradient background, a red-orange scribble and red-orange dots, over the dots is a hue layer clipped, to change the color in a green tone.

now I turn of the layer with the dots, the hue layer turns invisible as well.
But when I try to export it, I get this image:

the hue changing layer just shows up, but just to the layer down below.

I tried this on 3 different PCs with 3 different licences and it just occurs with the "export as" function. "Save as" works fine.
So technically you can work around very easy, as soon as you are aware of that problem, but I wanted to report it anyway.
Are there others, with the same problem as well?

I've asked the Export As folks to take a look. Thanks for reporting.
