Since upgrading all the functions does not work properly: when using the graduated filter, you can not edit with the brush, it goes directly to a new graduated filter.
When using the adjustment brush, you can not erase but only add.

I was able to reproduce this behavior. I will log a bug for the ACR team.  Thanks for your report.

I have the same problem in camera raw.  After applying a graduated filter I cannot edit it with the brush.  If I try to apply a brush stroke is simply reverts to a new grad filter.  Also, if I try to change the brush size before making a stroke I get an error beep.  The radial filter does the same thing.  If I use the brush tool and then click on erase, it simply adds to what was done with the brush tool.  However, if I hold down the option key while trying to erase, it works properly.
