Sadly, I jumped on this update instead of waiting to hear from others. After updating, Photoshop repeatedly crashed so I attempted to uninstall and have wasted the entire day trying to get my system back in working order. The only difference made to my machine in the past week has been installing the PS update this morning so clearly that is the problem. Uninstall via the CC Desktop App failed, uninstall via Control Panel failed, CC Cleaner Tool had errors, reinstalling still crashes even when going back to only installing CC 2015... beyond frustrated at this point.
Everything WAS working just fine prior to this update... would appreciate any solid suggestions or advice as to how to get PS CC 2015.1 back in working order - NOT really concerned with getting CC 2015.1.1

How long did you wait for it to finish?
And previously you said it crashed. Locking up and crashing are completely different behaviors.
