Where do I start?! I am using lightroom 5 I edited my photos and through the computer I sent them to Costco Photo to be developed when I went to pick them up my photos where dull and grey looking! I was told their machines use sRGB so we had to configure it in out computer! I downloaded a free trial of Adobe Photoshop and edited two pics in sRGB and sent them off to Costco to be printed they came out good just need to be a bit lighter! My problem is why can't I do it with lightroom??!!! I went to export and saw that I already had the sRGB picked so WHY in the world did they come out crappy!!!!!! Is there a reason for this? What can I do? Please Help Me!!!!!!!! I have clients waiting for photos and its making me Crazy!!
Thank you

Is your display calibrated?

I know that Wal-Mart has two ways to specify pictures be printed, one is using their automatic corrections and one with "as is". If Costco has similar options did one set of pictures get printed one way and one the other way?
