Photoshop: Problem with closing Photoshop

I am using Photoshop 12.0.4 64bit on a Win7 system with Pentium dual-core processor and 6 GB of RAM. Routinely when I close Photoshop I get a message from Windows that Photoshop has not closed correctly. Here are the notes from the Windows message:

This is usually cause by one of two problems:

1. A video driver that is out of date. Determine what video card you have and go directly to the manufacturers website (nVidia or ATI/AMD) and download the latest driver. GPU and OpenGL support | Photoshop CS4, CS5: http://adobe.ly/OpenGL

2. You have a 3rd party plug-in that has a bug or compatibility problem. Determinie which plug-in is causing the problem: Troubleshoot plug-ins (Photoshop CS5 and CS4): http://adobe.ly/PSPlugIn
