Photoshop: Problem with Alien Skin Plug-In, Blow Up 3, in Photoshop CC

Blow Up 3 from Alien Skin doesn't work in the Filter menu in CC (works in CS5 and 6). Photoshop reports, "Could not complete the Alien Skin Blow Up 3 command because Photoshop was unable to find the JavaScript plug-in." I talked with Alien Skin, they couldn't solve the problem, even after a session sharing my computer.

iMac, 10.9, 16 GB ram.

Hi L, how did you install their plug ins? Did you install the latest version from their website? or drag them over from a prior versions plug-in folder?

It sounds to me like your Scripting Support plugin is missing.

Can you post the log from Help -> System Info?

I used the latest installer. Didn’t work. Removed all related files, installed again, still didn’t work. Communicated with Alien Skin, several emails, nothing worked. So Alien Skin finally set up a session where I shared my computer with one of their techs, and he couldn’t figure it out. At sign-off he suggested I repair disk permissions, then contact Adobe if that didn’t work. So I repaired disk permissions, four times, just to be sure. Still no luck.

Works in CS5 and 6.

Am curious if anyone at Adobe is following this thread. Anyone there?
