Dear Sir and Madam,

I was advised to your interned address by the Adobe Support member of staff because he could not help me concerning my inquiry Vorgangsnummer (transaction key 0182361389)

I have three problems with the Adobe photoshop elements program.

The first one refers to the actual version 9. In contrast to the version 8 one cannot play the AVCHD Videos (Ending .MTS) in the Organizer browser. One has to rename the file to .M2TS ending, to play it. That sees to be needlessly and annoying and should be corrected soon.

The both other points concernd the photo shop elements versions already for many years, I had noted this problems to the Support team several times, however, they were not able to help me.

The first problem, is that one can’t sort the photos in the Organizer alphabetically. There is only the possibility to sort according to date or create an album.

The second problem is that the menu bar is not shown in the Organizer in Windows 7 if one has set the font size (for better readableness) to 125%. The menu bar is only visible if the font size is set to small (100%).

Both problems are annoying and should be corrected soon

Yours sincerely

Guten Abend, Georg.
I suggest that you create two other discussions for the alphabetical sorting and your menubar issue, with relevant titles: it will make those issues more noticeable, and give them more chances to be answered.

Hi G. Durben,

Your second issue is covered by this topic already:

Why is the menu missing from Photoshop Elements Organizer?

Please add a +1 to the topic.

Hi

I also have the problem that I can not play any AVCHD Videos (Ending .MTS) with Photoshop Elements 9 Organizer. Also it does not help to change the extension to M2TS.

The Organizer shows the initial Frame correctly but the video player only displays a black page when I start running the video.
