Bridge: Problem downloading images

I have recently upgraded my computer and reinstalled CS5 to a 64 bit operating system. I have also installed a trial version of Lightroom. I now find if I try to download a large number of raw files from my computers card reader, after importing a variable no. of files, Bridge stops the import saying the disk is full when it clearly is not. I can download the files using the Lightroom trial version (update) without issue.

Also, going to Adobe Help, leads to a broken link
Thanks for your help

Hello,
As far as I could tell, I was using the correct destination folder. I tried changing it with no change.
I had used Bridge previously with the new computer to download a few raw images but on this occasion I was downloading 200+ raw images when the issue occured. I am trying to get used to Lightroom; I have the trial version 3.5RC. Lightroom downloaded the files OK. I am wondering if there is a conflict between Bridge and it.
Thanks for your concern
