Photoshop 21.1: Problem with Healing Brush

Since the new Photoshop CC upgrade my healing brush has a major bug. When I use it to fix a spot the program shoots a line out at a 90 degree angle covering most of my photo and tries to heal it. Basically Photoshop CC is not usable since the upgrade as I can't work with this problem.

Yes - same problem on almost all my tools. The problem exists in creating masks as well. Very disappointing that such a bug would slip through. Photoshop CC is not usable until patched.

I am having issues as well. Syncing of alignment for perspective correction isn't working and the clone tool selects the completely wrong area.

Con ultimo aggiornamento PS i pennelli correttivi tirano autonomamente righe dove interviene la correzione non richiesta
Ho win 7, leggo che su win 10 tutto ok

With the latest PS update, the corrective brushes independently pull lines where the unsolicited correction takes place
I have win7, I read that on win 10 everything is ok

Just tried a bunch of tools including the healing brush, spot-healing brush, and the lasso and they work perfectly. Windows 10.

Yep. Things should work fine on Windows 10 as long as you're using Windows Ink. Most of the problems are with Windows 7 which uses old WinTab API.

For those seeing this issue, are you all on macOS? Catalina? Using a mouse or wacom tablet?

I am on Catalina using Lightroom Classic. Issues with syncing perspective correction. Also tools for light retouching in LR Classic don't seem to work.
Since converting to Catalina, I have had issues with tether shooting where my Canon 5D won't connect to LR so the camera and software won't communicate.

I'm seeing this as well, and I'm on Windows 10 (1909). I'm also using a Wacom tablet. Easily reproducible, definitely new with this latest update, and affects several tools.
