I want to purchase or download a trial of Photoshop CC. When I click on the link, a new blank page opens in Chome. I cannot purchase the product. How can I purchase the product??

Hi John,

You can purchase Photoshop CC here: https://creative.adobe.com/plans/phot...

You can download it (trial or purchased) from here: https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/c...

I was able to access these from both Safari and Chrome on my mac. Try a different browser or clear your browser cache/cookies for Adobe.com. Let me know if you're still having difficulty.

I tried Chrome and Explorer and was referred to blank pages. Four little colored squares appeared for an instant, then the page went blank. I ended up phoning the toll free sales number and was able to download the software.

FYI, I just followed the links you provided and they both led to a blank page.

Firefox, Safari and Chome display them just fine for me, in under 4 seconds.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Join Creative Cloud leads to a blank page..

I have a problem joining the Creative Cloud. Or When I click Try for Photoshop, I just get a blank page. Nothing happens! No matter how many times I refresh the page. I get what looks like a square in the middle of the page, then nothing.

I suspect there was a hiccup at the time you tried this yesterday (as you and John has a similar experience) Let me know if you're still having trouble, or if my troubleshooting steps don't help. Thanks.

I was able to go back and download light room so I suspect you were right.

Here's my workaround: call the toll free sales phone number.

Ok, as long as you're up-and-running and were able to activate.

My suspicion in your case is that that firewall or host file is preventing communication with https://www.adobe.com - see this doc to troubleshoot: http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/po...

If you need help with activating, let me know and I can have an agent work directly with you.

Thanks.
