There is a problem of Linked Smart Objects between multi-users.
When a mac user use Linked Smart Objects, then he share this file and linked file to another windows user, the windows user will get the "path not found" errors.

I want to know is there a way to use Linked Smart Objects by relative path?
Or Will Adobe team fix this issue in the future ?

Are you saying you're sending the file without packaging it first? Or that when they open the file, the Relink dialog box doesn't open, offering them the chance to manually select the first in the list, point it at the file in the links folder, close the dialog, and have all the links updated to that folder?

It works here, and it works almost exactly the same as it does in apps like InDesign that have relied upon packaging linked files from their inception.

If you save the linked file next to the parent PSD it should work relatively. Otherwise, use cloud based Smart Objects from a shared Library from the Libraries panel for better multi-user experience.
