Problem: Hue/Sat Properties Panel Collapses when When Dropper is Used if Docked

When using the Hue/Saturation adjustment layer, if I select a color from the drop down menu, and then use the Eyedropper Tool at the bottom of the Properties panel to select a specific range, the Properties panel will collapse upon sampling a color. This means that I have to go back to the the Properties panel and reselect the color from the drop down in order to shift the HSL sliders. This is annoying and time consuming.

I had this same issue in Photoshop CC 2015, but it didn't happen again after the 2015.5 update, so I figured it had been fixed. It is again happening in Photoshop CC 2017. I can fix the problem by undocking the panel, but I don't necessarily want it floating in my Workspace all of the time.

For specs, I am running:
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 960
