Dear Lightroom team,

I work at a photo organization in Brazil that uses Lightroom in several projects. The software is very important for our daily activities.

I have an unsolved problem that I would like to count with your help. We didn’t face this problem with LR2, however since the update of the LR2 to LR3 and the following, I’m having this situation:

. We use the tool PRINT to export the photos on JPEG format with a preset of identity plate + some information of each photo (caption, headline and creator).

. Usually, we have to process (and then print) several photos at the same time (around 200/300).

. In LR2, I was able to see the large headlines without moving the margins (the software used to do this part automatically). Now, with LR3 and LR4, I have to arrange the margins of each photo manually. If this was the only problem, wouldn’t bother me so much. The problem is that every time I select the next photo, the previous one doesn’t save the changes, so I have to repeat the process. And then when I select the next photo, the problem is the same. Meaning: I have to print each photo separately; I can’t select a large group and then press PRINT all once.

. As we have several images to process, this situation difficult our activities.

. I’ve recorded a small 30 seconds video with screenium software to show you the problem. If you could provide me an email so I can send it to you.

Mac OS X, intel core i7 - 2.7 GHz, memory 4 GB

Thank you!

All the best,

Erick
