this is the screen when the bug happens when you just touch the place where is written EPIJ_Medi or EPIJ_Ink
if you don't touch this you can print but you don't know which kind of paper profile is used

That dialog is the driver's. What version of the driver do you have? v9.33 appears to be the latest but hasn't been updated since 2014.

Note: Just updating the driver may not work. You need to delete the driver, delete the printer, install the latest driver then install the printer.

See this document from Apple on troubleshooting printing on OS X: http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201539

Did it work properly prior to upgrading to El Capitan? I don't recommend that customers upgrade their OS without doing testing to ensure that it will work for their needs with their current hardware and drivers.

OK thank's i try this way
the driver version is the last one proposed on epson's website but seems old and done before el capitan
i read the document from apple and remove drivers and install again
before everything was working fine but with an old version of OS X
then i will give news from that action
best regards
