printer settings issues

Function address 0xee388e08 caused a protection fault. (exception code 0xc0000005) some or all property page(s) may not be displayed. I get this message when I click print and then click printer settings to change paper size

What OS/version? What version of Photoshop? What printer/model? What driver version #?

Hmm the version number doesn't jive with what's listed here:

I would try reinstalling the driver. The printer settings dialog comes from the driver and that's what is crashing.

The other thing to try is running the 32-bit version of Photoshop to see if the 32-bit driver has the same issue.
