PHOTOSHOP CS5: Printer settings are all screwed up!

I was having trouble printing to the correct size paper. I am on CS5, printing to an Epson Artisan 730. All my settings, as far as I can tell are set to letter size. But when I print, it looks like it is trying to center the image on a 13x19...It is running off the page on the right and about 5 inches down. It is also happening if I print to my Epson Artisan 1430. All software and drivers are up to date. And it only is happening in Photoshop. I deleted my Photoshop preferences, and now it is fine. I have compressed the old preferences file, but I don't see where to attach them, if you want to review. If you want to check it out, please let me know. Thank you

What OS version?

And so far all the similarly reported problems have been traced to bugs in the printer driver software (outside of Photoshop). And we're seeing a LOT of driver bugs reported on MacOS 10.9.

So it sounds like the driver is seeing a different size from what you set in Photoshop.

Make sure you have all the Photoshop CS5 updates installed (should be on 12.0.4).

Deleting/resetting the Photoshop preferences helps by getting rid of the last used printer settings (that some drivers choke on).

And since we're already several versions past CS5 - your saved preferences won't help us much.

Looks like I'm on 12.0 But when I look for updates, it shows nothing for Photoshop. At least I'm fixed for now. Hopefully I will be upgrading soon anyway. Thank you for your help!
